Regarding the mission with Frost, you can actually inform Maven of Sibbi's plans and she'll tell you to go along with their little scheme. After completing the quest, you may come across a random encounter where Letrush gets killed by sellswords hired by Maven. If you choose to keep Frost (regardless of whether Maven knows about the plot or not), Letrush will send hired goons after you for reneging on the deal.

This was the path that I chose on my only playthrough. I tried to align myself with The Blades and The Greybeards. I was hoping to get dialogue that would allow me to convince The Blades that Paathurnax is an ally that can be trusted, but could be defeated if he so chose to return to the inborn nature.... But alas, the devs don't care about mutual benefits. It's always one or the other.

I think the astrid thing is because she has negative health, so that if you heal her she'll go up to 0 and die, but if you damage her, the game will see she has 0 health or less and immediately die from the health damage as well

Fun fact : infinite carrying capacity, instead of giving items to follower , just click " i need u to do something for me" and then click " pick this up" . Then your follower will pick it up ,even if it exceeds their capacity. U just have to drop your items and then ask them to pick it up. Now for the risk with this trick... sorry for your loss if u did'nt read full but here it is. Make sure to drop similar items one by one. Like if u have 10 iron ingot, then drop 10 of them separately instead of just as a pack. Otherwise your follower will only count it as one and u will loose the rest.
